2nd West Apartment Building

This project was a six story apartment 22,332 SF complex with retail space on the main floor with 25 apartments on the upper floors. Cameron Construction provided a design-build approach for the heating, plumbing and electrical systems. The project featured individual heating and cooling, retail space, aspects of concrete mat-footing, six floors of structural steel, concrete floor slabs on metal deck, exterior finish in EIFS and steel metal siding, elevators and an emergency generator.
