This project included three floors of tenant remodel and build out.  The design of the space utilized several special features including a steel and glass stairway with stainless steel structural supports, walls out of plumb by 8 degrees and absence of right angles in walls and glass windows.  Special lighting, the use of glass blocks with colored glass were some of the special features used in this project.  This project totaled 36,800 SF
