Whether you have a full set of architectural plans, or simply an idea sketched on a napkin, we can accurately help you determine your project cost and feasibility.  The following are a few ways Cameron’s Estimating department can assist you in the early phases of your project:

Square Foot Costs
If you have a need for a building, but have no idea what it will cost, we can provide quick square foot costs based on building type, similar past projects, and market conditions.  This will give you a ballpark idea of what to budget for your project.

Conceptual Estimates
When you know what type of building you need, the approximate size, and what will go inside, we can provide a more detailed budget which takes into consideration the specific needs of the project.  We can also create 3D renderings to help you visualize your project.

These estimates will usually include a design and construction contingency, which leaves room for changes and helps define design costs.

Design Phase Estimates
As your project moves from the conceptual phase to the design phase, we refine the estimate according to the architectural plans that have been developed. Subcontractors are involved at this phase to fine tune the costs and you will know exactly what your project will cost.

Hard Bid
As always, we continue to competitively bid projects and are as competitive as ever.  We always pre qualify subcontractors who bid to us and we are confident in the accuracy of each bid we submit.
