Holladay City Park Restroom Building

This project includes a new 600 SF CMU restroom building located behind the existing Holladay City Hall. The restroom will include minor site demo, earthwork, concrete, CMU, brick veneer, rough carpentry, pre-fabricated wood trusses, FRP, composite shingles, HM doors, drywall ceilings, rubber base, concete sealer, paint, toilet accessories, mechanical, plumbing, electrical.

Power and water for the new building will come from the existing City Hall. Minor work will be required inside City Hall including, but not limited to, selective demo, saw cutting, core drilling, plumbing, electrical, asphalt sawcutting and trenching from the existing building to the new building, touch up and finishes as required.

Maverik #452 West Valley

New 4,500 SF Maverik Gas Station including site work. There is an existing Maverik store on the site. The new store will be built behind the existing store, then the existing store will be demolished in order to set the fuel tanks and dispensers.

Bid Form: Bids do not have to be submitted on the bid form, but must include the required breakouts.

Concrete Subcontractors: Light pole base details are shown on the Electrical site plan and must be included in the bid. The building slab must be finished per the pre-bid meeting notes. The slab color is Davis Baja Red.

Earthwork Subcontractors: Fuel tank excavation must be included in your bids as a seperate line item (see bid form). Details are available on the Fuel sheets.

John & Kiwanis & Christmas

We strive hard at Cameron Construction to become active in our community in helping wherever and whatever we can. John & Linda Cameron has set the standard for the rest of the company. During the month of December they were very active working with the Sugar House Kiwanis Club and their outreach to the children of our community. Here are some of their activities they and many others were involved in.

- On December 1 the Sugar House Kiwanis Club cooked and served a Christmas Dinner for the Sugar House Boys and Girls Club members and their families. This year the Kiwanis Club served 235 turkey dinners with all the trimmings. Santa and Mrs. Claus gave books to all the children in an effort to help improve their reading skills. During the dinner the University of Utah Credit Union provided shoes for 80 children.

- On December 6 the Sugar House Kiwanis Club held its’ annual Shop for a Child. They shopped with 17 parents for 35 Children and spending $120.00 for clothes and toys for each child.

- Members of the Kiwanis Club that tutor reading at Lincoln Elementary School also shopped for Christmas presents for five students through a program set up by the Utah Central Credit Union. This program provides Christmas for the students at Lincoln.

Well done John and Linda thank you for setting the example!
