Cameron Construction strives to be good partners in our community as we outreach with non-profit organizations that provide services especially to children. Recently the Company supported the Granite Educational Foundation at their annual banquet. Bob Reed from Cameron hosted a table at this event where 10 of our friends joined him and his wife to participate in this event. Close to 900 people attend this fundraising event where items were auctioned off to support programs that the Granite Foundation supports.
The following is a little about the Granite Foundation:
Who are We:
The Granite Education Foundation stands as an advocate for students and educators. We acknowledge the fact that the best investments in our future is education. We help meet the basic human needs of students to support academic achievement. We champion opportunities that promote education leading to a path of personal and community prosperity.
The roll of the Granite Education Foundation is to garner private support and public engagement for Granite District schools. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the Foundation provides funding that is more flexible than restricted tax dollars. Funding and resources for students and educators help bridge the gap that exists between what school budgets cover and what is needed to support academic success.
To develop collaborative partnerships that directly improves and enhance student success.
Build hope by investing in futures.
