John Paras Furniture & Appliance Store – Rock Springs

Largest new shopping warehouse in Wyoming at time of construction with 57,200 SF in showroom and warehouse areas.  Included site development landscaping and full utilities.  Building was a Pre-Engineered metal building frame by Garco Building Systems finished externally with fieldstone, EIPS and standing seam metal roof.  This project was a Garco Award Winner for best project 2007.
