New Car/Truck Dealership for Ford/Chrysler/Jeep.  Construction consists of a Butler Pre-Engineered Steel Building with 22,400 SF of vehicle service with 4,100 SF Part & Storage, with a 4,200 Showroom and Offices.  Project includes a 7,000 SF mezzanine.  State of the art GPS Skylights to increase natural lighting and under slab radiant heating system is included in this facility.
