24 Hour Fitness Centers
Cameron Construction has completed (6) facilities for 24 Hour Fitness across the Wasatch Front including Trolley Corners, Cottonwood, Sugarhouse, Sandy, Taylorsville & Provo/Orem. The Provo and Cottonwood locations were a complete shell and core build-out; the (4) other fitness facilities were remodels and additions to existing buildings. This project was negotiated with Cameron providing value engineering services for the client as the design was being completed. The project included 43,000 SF clubhouse facility consisting of administrative offices, kitchen, grill, special function areas, dining room, a women’s lounge, locker room, golf cart storage areas, bar, and a sizeable outdoor patio area for summer and fall dining.
