Kearns St. Anns School

AWARD WINNER:  The Cameron team restored a 100 year old historically registered building.  Key facets of the project included seismic upgrading and retrofit to structural steel, new life safety of interior, classrooms, exterior walls to fireplaces, stairways,  new roof, elevator and upgrades to plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Demolition and construction were scheduled around school events.  No accidents occurred during the 10-year phased project, as hundreds of subcontractors, thousands of students, teachers, parents, and visitors occupied the school.
