2016: Year in Review and Looking Ahead to the Future

  • 2016 proved to be a successful year for Cameron Construction! Our team completed a number of projects along the Wasatch Front and throughout the Intermountain West, and for the first time in our 43-year history, we moved east with projects in Louisiana and North Carolina.

  • The Cameron Construction team grew with the addition of a new project manager, two new project assistants, and a new AP/AR personnel.

  • Year after year, we make a concerted effort to give back to our community. This year, helped many charitable organization such as the Utah Food Bank, Utah AIDS Foundation, Kearns-Saint Ann, The Road Home, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake, Salt Lake City Mission, The Christmas Box House, and the Salt Lake Honorary Colonels.

  • As a part of our charitable efforts, we held our 4th annual 5K run and set a new record of contributions. Although the event was on a rainy, cold day, we had an excellent turnout and raised $18,315 with 100% of the proceeds going to the Utah Food Bank. All of this would not have been possible without the generous donations made by the following sponsors who helped us surpass last year’s goal and establish a new goal for next year: YESCO Outdoor Media, Equity Concrete, Inc., Keith Kap & Sons Excavation, John Zarbock Plumbing, Rodac Roofing, Ogden Art Metal, and Blue Stream Construction.
